Caroline Walsh

Caroline Walsh is the Head of Government Affairs for SAP in Australia and New Zealand. She has extensive experience across public and not-for-profit sectors. Before joining SAP, Caroline served as the CEO of OzHelp, a non-profit organisation focusing on suicide prevention in high-risk, hard-to-reach industries. She was also the CEO of the Institute of Public Administration Australia.
Earlier in her career, Caroline held senior positions within the Commonwealth and New South Wales public services, including Group Manager, Inclusion at the Australian Public Service Commission. Her roles have encompassed policy, reform, regulation, and service delivery. Caroline holds degrees in law, public administration, and business and began her career as an industrial advocate.
