Kathleen O’Brien is the Global Public Services Lead for Customer Experience at SAP. With a passion for human-centred innovation, Kathleen works closely with government organisations to modernise citizen services – making them more transparent, efficient, and easier to navigate.
Kathleen recently launched SAP’s first Enterprise AI research alliance initiative with the University of Queensland, exploring the future of citizen engagement with senior government stakeholders. Kathleen is particularly interested in how emerging technologies like Agentic AI can simplify citizen-facing government processes, while improving outcomes for both citizens and public servants.
